Average Delivery Times

Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:

  • Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process the order. During the week, it typically takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched, and delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days.

Placing an Order

The ordering process at Preston New York is simple:

  1. Go to the product page and add the product you want to your shopping cart by clicking the black "Add to cart" button.

  2. Check that you have selected the correct variants.

  3. Click "Proceed to checkout". On the information page, enter the correct address details. Ensure all information is accurate.

  4. Click "Continue shipping" once the address is verified.

  5. On the Dispatch page, review your address data. Note that every shipment is sent completely free of charge as a token of appreciation to our customers. We always cover shipping and delivery costs.

  6. Click "Proceed to payment".
